How to Use

Take 1 Black-Cap in the morning and 1 Black-Cap in the afternoon between meals. Do not take with food. For maximum results, consume at least 30 minutes prior to a meal.

Never exceed 1 Black-Cap per serving. Never take more than 2 servings (2 Black-Caps) in any 24-hour period. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.

Do not use continuously for longer than 2 months. Follow with a 1-month off period.

Warnings and Cautions

• Not for use by persons under the age of 18.
• Not for use by pregnant or nursing women.
• Not for use by persons sensitive to caffeine or stimulants.
• Each serving contains 200mg of caffeine - equivalent to approximately 1.5 cups of strong coffee. Do not consume additional caffeine or stimulants from other sources including energy drinks, coffee, soda, or other supplements while using this product.
• Consult a physician before use if you have or suspect any medical condition including heart disease, liver or kidney disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, psychiatric disorders, difficulty urinating, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate, or glaucoma.
• Consult a physician before use if you are taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications.
• Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before any surgical procedure.
• Immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches, or shortness of breath.
• This product contains ingredients that may be banned by some sports organizations. Athletes subject to drug testing should check with their governing body before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight between 60F-77F (15C-25C). Keep the lid tightly sealed after use.
